What are the shipping and handling costs?
Shipping is by Canada Post. There is a flat fee of $3.00 for shipping and handling on your order.

When will I receive my purchase?
Your order will be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Depending on your location from Victoria, B.C., allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes we do ship to the United States and internationally.
The customer may be subject to any duty or customs taxes on their purchase.

How do I know what size to order?
Measure your dog’s neck size and refer to the sizing on the product page.
Knit bandanas are custom-sized to fit one inch larger than the neck size you
submit with your order in the shopping cart.

Our shopping cart accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and E-Check via PayPal. Ordering online is very safe and secure with PayPal, which allows for secure transactions when paying over the internet.

What taxes are charged on my purchase?
We are not registered to charge GST at this time. Provincial sales tax is applicable to British Columbia residents only.
